Vision
The vision of the Future for Nature Foundation is an Earth where all wild animal and plant species can survive. We are convinced that mankind can prevent extinction of wild animal and plant species and therefore should endeavour by all means to mobilise capacity to make species protection effective.
Mission
The goal of the Future for Nature Foundation is the protection of species of wild animals and plants. See how we try to do this on the right.
We pursue our mission through:
- Providing incentives and support to conservationists through the Future for Nature Award
- Organising an annual species protection event in combination with the presentation of the Future for Nature Award
- Developing and maintaining a network of people who have received the Future for Nature Award
- Mobilising the network for mutual support to its members in their species protection work
- Mobilising the network to exert its influence in case of major international threats to representative species of wild flora and fauna
